Contract Subject
Liftlytics provides a web app for strength-training logging, training-plan management, progress analytics, and data-based Coach recommendations. The product is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional health guidance.
Product Scope
Users can create an account, verify their email, log workouts, manage plans, create custom exercises, review progress metrics, and use enabled Coach surfaces. Features may change as Liftlytics develops, provided that required user rights, data protection choices, and material contract information remain available.
Account Use
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping passwords private, and using their own account only. Account access and training data are tied to the authenticated user ID and verified email.
Availability
Liftlytics is operated as an online service. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, deployment, hosting issues, security response, backups, or events outside operator control.
Payment Conditions
Liftlytics does not process payment data in the current product phase. Any future monetization path must be documented and shown clearly before it is activated, including price, currency, billing interval, cancellation path, and payment provider information where applicable.

Liability
Liftlytics supports training logging, planning, and progress review. Users remain responsible for deciding whether exercises, loads, training intensity, and rest periods are appropriate for them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, mandatory product-liability rules, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. For ordinary negligence, Liftlytics is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for typical, foreseeable damage to the extent legally permitted.
Changes
Liftlytics may update these terms when the product, access model, provider setup, security requirements, or legal requirements change. Users will be informed of material changes in a reasonable way before they apply where required. If a change requires renewed acceptance, continued product access may depend on accepting the updated terms.
