Workout Plans
Use proven workout plans for beginner and intermediate athletes, or customize your plan around your favorite exercises.

A free strength-training app for planning your workouts, logging sets quickly, and seeing whether progress is actually happening.
Built for athletes who know training logs matter, but do not want to post-process paper notebooks or spreadsheets just to find positive trends, plateaus, or stuck points.
Liftlytics is intentionally narrow: plan the session, log the workout, review the key metrics, and define the next training stimulus.

Use proven workout plans for beginner and intermediate athletes, or customize your plan around your favorite exercises.

Record weights, reps, notes, and warm-ups with as little friction as possible.

Liftlytics automatically turns your logs into useful metrics. Personal records and estimated one-rep max signals help drive your motivation.

I built Liftlytics because logging makes progress visible. Without structured records, you may feel that you improved year by year, but you do not clearly see which lifts are trending, where you plateaued, or when your body has adapted and needs a new training stimulus.
I'm not trying to build an all-in-one fitness app that teaches every concept, tracks nutrition, and measures your sleep. I'm on my way to build the app I love to use myself for every workout in the gym.
The goal is a polished core loop: workout planning, easy logging, automatic post-processing, and data-derived hints for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
If you want a broad fitness guide, this is probably not the best fit. If you want easy workout logging and automatic data analysis, bring your next session and test the free app.
